pooped solid yellow stool, should i be worried? had blood work done a few weeks ago and didn't get a call back from gp. could it be stress/anxiety?

Probably not: stool color does not change with anxiety, perhaps frequency and consistency.

yellow color on toilet paper after bowel movement. stool is normal light brown color. no other issues, however i do suffer from anxiety and stress.

No problem: Only worry about color if there is red-blood, no color ie pale or white or tarry black. Color changes based on what you eat.

Cancer unlikely: You are at very low risk for pancreatic cancer at your age.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: Stool color may be influenced by diet as well as by metabolism. I suggest you review your recent dietary intake- tumeric for instance may cause a yellowish color to your stools.

Stool: I would see a doctor about that and have your stool examined to make certain you do not have a parasite or some type of infection or underlying bowel disorder.

Not sure: Yellow stool can be related to GERD, Celiac Sprue, Steatorrhea, Hepatitis, Cirrhosis &amp; gallbladder diseases.

May be diet related: Usually color and consistency of stool is related to food. But it could also be caused by medications, or problems with liver , pancreas , gallbladder and colon. If after changing your diet it stays the same you need to see a dictor.

Fast gut movement: Green/ellow stool could be due to a viral gastroenteritis where the stool is moving through your intestines quickly causing cramping and the green/yellow color because not enough transit time was available for turning the stool to brown.

Change in bowels: The amount, color, frequency of stool varies with foods, speed of emptying of the GI tract, medications & supplements ingested, gut flora (unique for each individual), additives (like blood), subtractions (like absent bile), infection, inflammation, & other factors.  If stool pattern has changed, is unusual for you, & the change persists, or is accompanied by other symptoms, see your doctor.
