Get it biopsied: White or yellow, it could still be lichen sclerosis.  However, its not possible to tell for sure just by looking at it.  The best way to get a diagnosis is to get a biopsy of the area.  That can be important.  There are vulvar cancers that have a white or yellowish appearance.  Best wishes!
