Yellow what?: Yellow stool

yellow stool can indicate that food is passing through the digestive tract relatively quickly. Yellow stool can be found in people with gerd (gastroesophageal reflux disease). Symptoms of gerd include heartburn, chest pain, sore throat, chronic cough, and wheezing. Symptoms are usually worse when lying down or bending. Foods that can worsen gerd symptoms include peppermint, fatty foo.

You're having urinary bladder dysfunction and should consult a urologist for evaluation, testing and treatment. Stool color: When intestinal contents have more rapid transit through the intestinal tract, feces become loose and may have tan color rather than normal form and brown color. The older feces had time to pigment, but the looser portion didn't. If yellow loose stool persists with  or without diarrhea, bile tract or pancreatic disorders or malabsorption should be considered.

Maybe: It could be normal, or could be problem with the formula.  If there is a lot of gas, it can be from crying or the milk.  If crying, try burping her after crying to get the air out.  If that is not helping then try a different formula.  Your doctor can help with this.

About baby poops: Babies older than a week should have yellowish poops with the thickness of mustard or thick spaghetti sauce.  Breastfeeding babies can have even looser poops.  Formula-fed babies have firmer poops, but poop that holds shape would be too firm for the first 3-4 months of life.  Poop gets darker, with brown/green colors blended in, and also gets firmer, as a baby gets older.
