since three weeks i removed gallbladder, stool color was normal dark color recently i noticed the stool is light color near yellow. is it normal?

Biliary stricture?: If the liver is unable to get bile into your intestine, it can cause you to have pale or yellow stools. Bile is what makes stools brown. This can sometimes occur after gallbladder surgery which can cause the bile ducts to narrow and cause a stricture. Sometimes stents are needed to open the ducts back up and allow free-flowing bile. See your surgeon if this continues to be a problem for follow up.

ive been getting bright yellow perfectly round artificial looking balls in my stool. there is nothing abnormal about my stools color which isnt the problem. ive asked many questions and keep getting responses on stool color which is not the issue?

: Your best bet to find out what they are is to see a gastroenterologist (GI) doctor. You will likely need to send a sample of the stool with the bright yellow “balls” in it to the lab to see if they can figure out what they are. Is there anything you are eating that has that appearance? From your description, it does sound like a foreign body of some sort. Call your GP to get referred to a GI doc

Poop Colors: The color of stool is not usually concerning, as it reflects a lot of things we eat. Dark black, red or white stools are the only colors that are worrisome.

: Asian food sauces contain copious amounts of fats colored by spices and seasonings. It is most likely the passage of these fats that is causing the Leaking color. Not a concern, especially since your stool isnormlly brown. lack of digestive enzymes would not affect only asian food digestion.

i have gallstones and a mild fatty liver, i'm on a low fat diet until i can get surgery. since being on the diet i noticed my stool color changed to a yellow-brown tone, grainy and kinda mucus-y. is this from the diet? should i be concerned?

Depends on reason.: Foods that can cause orange stools: sweet potatoes, carrots, winter squash, cilantro, thyme, kale, spinach, turnip greens ; collards.  Artificial food coloring ; some meds (antacids) are other reasons. Inadequate bile, gallstones, blocked bile ducts, irritable bowel ; diarrhea are possibilities especially with symptoms like diarrhea, constipation or abd.Discomfort.   Stooling change warrants eval.

Not sure: Orange stool can be related to rapid transit time through the colon, Liver / gall bladder disease, bile obstruction, inadequate bile production,  Foods ( carrots, orange food color, sweet potatoes, winter squash, turnip greens, kale,) &amp; medications(aluminum hydroxide/ beta carotene).
