can  seasonal pollen allergies make you tired  and dry eyes? should i try something else if allegra not helping ? yellow nasal mucous since thurs.

Yes.: Season allergies can affect your energy levels.  There is good evidence that untreated allergies causes fatigue in the work place and school environment.  Dry eyes is a little atypical but the itchy eyes could feel like dry eyes.  Other good OTC antihistamine medications are Zyrtec and Claritin.  Good OTC nasal sprays are Flonase and Nasacort (triamcinolone).  Nasal irrigation is helpful too.

? Sinus infection: with build up of secretions through the night, drains down the throat when he wakes up and sits or stands upright, keep irrigating his nose with saline nasal wash though, but if the condition persists see his doctor, take care

I wonder if this is COVID 19, It can be a sinus infection that often starts as a virus then can have a superimposed bacterial infection. See a doctor via telemedicine

Depends: The nasal mucous will color over time from the normal germs that live on the membrane walls.The color means less than the 2yo's pattern of daily activities. If the kid is playful.eating normally and not bothered that it should clear on its own.If the kid's feeds are off, play is less and she is running fever, it deserves a visit.

Cough: This pain could be from coughing by causing over use of the muscles between your ribs , If you have asthma then this coughing may suggest that your asthma is also not well controlled. If  you have not seen your doctor with these symptoms you should get an evaluation.

Symptoms: Your symptoms could be from a number of causes to include COVID 19. Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.

Chronic sinusitis : Consider nasal rinses , non sedating antihistamine, montelukast inhibitors and nasal corticosteroid. If not settling will need limited CT sinuses, nasal swab and ENT appraisal
