am very curious to know that what are the signs for a diabetic wound to turn into gangerene. will there be pus or any fluid  coming out of the wound.

Diabetic grangrene: Diabetic grangrene usually are dry gangrene . In this case poor blood circulation to hands or feet causes the tissue decay and produces the bluish or black skin color. There is no oozing or pus. The body part usually the toes or foot turned into dead tissue and must be removed surgically ( Amputation) Diabetic patients should always take good care of their feet. A bursa is a fluid filled sac that decreases friction wear tendon rubs over or attaches to bone.  The tear is not completely all the way through, similarly to a partially frayed rope.  The fluid in the bursa is a result of the tear.

Treatment can include rest from aggravating activities, anti-inflammatory meds, physical therapy and corticosteroid injections.

: Wound infection means infection anyehere in a wound. Abscess is a closed area where the infection takes place. Fluid collection is a collection of blood or blood products or any body fluid in an area. These do and occur sometimes after any operation and can be treated.
