See their doctor: Could be any number of things - will need a proper history and physical by their physician to get to the bottom of this.  The fact it has been going on for 3+ days now would make a visit to the doctor appropriate.

Headache: Certainly some features of migraine headache, but certainly warrants evaluation with your doctor.

: Weakness, persisting after the acute episode of Covid is a known complication. Try to keep up with your daily activities as best as you can. It will get better but may take time. Aerobic exercise, as tolerated may help. If symptoms persist more than three weeks and you do not see improvement, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
