: Conception occurs within a day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. A blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first-morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

: If you are pregnant a home test should be positive by at least 3 weeks, and perhaps as early as two weeks, after unprotected intercourse. The presence or lack of withdrawal bleeding is a much less useful marker.

It could be: The withdrawal method is not usually successful.  Is this possibly why you became pregnant?  Regardless, it could be a period.  See your gynecologist, get a pregnancy test.

Impossible: Without a paternity test there can be no resolution to your question. It is very well proven that men leak semen before they ejaculate and that the 'withdrawal' method is a good way to become pregnant. Having sperm from two different men in the system at the same time means that the only way to prove paternity is with testing.

: If the length of time in "starting a new pill pack" is more than 1or 2 days, it is possible to ovulate.  If you begin to have symptoms of pregnancy, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.

i took postinor yesterday night after sex ..
i just had another raw sex and he did not use withdrawal method it's less than 24hrs should i take another drugs?

: Postin or is effective for 24-72 hrs after unprotected sex.  It stops ovulation . I do not think that you need another dosage for this second unprotected sex. If you won’t mind, I want to give you a bit of advice. Please use regular contraception if frequent sex acts without wanting pregnancy as these do not prevent sexually transmitted diseases. Safe for what ?: Condoms when used properly can prevent pregnancy &amp; decrease the frequency of sexually transmitted diseases. Proper use requires application of a proper sized condom before any intercourse &amp; use of a new condom for any new session. The withdrawal method is unnecessary with any properly used BC method.By itself, withdrawal is worthless.

Unsure: If you have any concern about pregnancy even with the use of a birth control method it never hurts to check a pregnancy test.

Accepted Answer

Yes: You can take it again. But would consider a consistent form of contraception in the future. Emergency contraception symptoms can include spotting or bleeding, changes in menstrual flow or your period may be late or early.  It can also lead to nausea, abdominal pain, breast tenderness, dizziness. If your period is more than a week late take a home pregnancy test and follow up with your  provider.
