Plan b : Plan b blocks  ovulation. Because of that  Plan B can cause menstrual cycle disruption temporarily. That's likely what happened with you. Your cycles should  return to normal shortly.You should always check a pregnancy about 10 days after using plan b.

Bleeding = Not Preg: Whenever you have withdrawal bleeding (the equivalent to a period when using birth control), you're shedding your uterine lining which means there's no soil for the seed or if there was a seedling, it's now gone and nature has taken its course. Very glad you're on birth control. In general, you replace patches each week for 3wks, and the 4th week is patch free for withdrawal bleeding.

i missed 3 pills throughout my bc this month, i had unprotected sex around those times, i have now missed all withdrawl bleeding which has never happened before but the pregnancy test was negative could i still be pregnant and its early?

: Re do the pregnancy test in 4-5 days, unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.

withdrawal of hormones, like the end of a
oral contraceptive cycle. 

Implantation bleeding refers to the early invasion of the uterine lining by an early pregnancy.
