2/10: For a conception date of 05/06/2012 the due date would be 02/10/2013.  The due date is 38 weeks from the date of conception, or 40 weeks from the last menstrual period assuming a 28d cycle.

Yes and no: If you conceive, you do not have menstrual bleeding. If you have menstrual bleeding, you are not pregnant.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

had sex the day after my period stopped. took a test 10 days later and it was negative is it likely that it was accurate at 10 days after conception? (2 weeks before period) i take bc same time everyday havent missed a day, started taking in augus?

: Tested too soon. Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

I'd ignore it: Implantation bleeding is inconsistent and highly unreliable, usually doesn't happen at all. A pregnancy test is reliable 1-2 days before the missed period.

Pregnancy unlikely: Since you had a period after sex, pregnancy is unlikely. You may do a pregnancy test 3 weeks after the episode of sex in question. If you intend to get pregnant, consult your obstetrician and take ante-natal vitamins.

See below: yes- but if you are sexually active, and not using contraception, I would probably advise checking a pregnancy test- even the best contraception is not 100 percent effect - if test is negative and you continue to miss your period, followup with your gyn doc

Menstrual periods: after pregnancy and birth can be irregular or absent (more if you breast feed)  for several cycles until your hormones stabilize.
