If a buprenorphine drug test is done, detection time is about 72 hours. In urine drug tests, the detection window is 2-4 days, but may be 7-10 days for chronic users, even at typical doses.
Hair drug tests may have detection time of 90 days.

Depends on the drug: With saliva tests for drugs of abuse there is less data then with blood or urine testing.  For most drugs three days will remove drugs from saliva (this is a midrange: some less some more or unknown amount of time).  It is a very sensitive test and will detect all recent use.

Absolutely: The half-life of diazepam (Valium) is very long, 20-100 hours (36-200 hours for its active metabolites). Depending on your liver function this could be easily detectable 3-4 weeks out. What medication??: assuming that "flm" means film, I will further assume you are talking about buprenorphine (suboxone/subutex) 2 mg per day.  This is a very long-acting drug, albeit in a low dose, but it could be present for significant amount of time. Blood is actually not the appropriate place to look for most drugs, with a few exceptions - Suboxone is not one of them. May be present for several weeks.

Benzos: Benzos and their metabolites can easily turn up in urine drug screens for months.... Up to 120 days after use, especially if one was taking them on a regular basis.  This fact is regardless of liver disease or not.
