Traumatic tattoo: It may after a year or two but it could form a permanent tattoo depending on the amount and depth of penetration.

Lipozap: This product or service can be extremely expensive, and frankly speaking, phosphatidylserine has no actual proven weight loss ingredients. This means that lipozap would just be a waste of time in its proven benefits. It is used in medical spas, and it has not really been proven to do much of anything.

i've had under skin blemishes for a few months and they aren't going away. how do i remove them from under the skin? i'm using acne scar cream now.

Many options: Hello and thank you for your excellent question. Skin blemishes can be caused by many different things, including dry skin, irritated skin, and acne (just to name a few). It is very difficult to give you a good recommendation without a full history and physical. I suggest that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Not the scar: The scar is usually not the problem.  Early after the injury, the decreased movement is usually due to swelling and soft tissue injury.  After healing, poor movement may be due injury to the nerve or muscles responsible for lifting the eyebrow.  This will likely get better with time but will likely have reduced movement (compared to the other side) permanently.

: Not scarring under the skin but microneedling may cause scar in people who have the tendency to develop keloid.

Could be scar: Could be a suture remnant,  if within 6 months, some sutures could still be absorbing, if longer than 6 months, scar tissue, or suture granuloma, or endometriosis,  see your doctor to be sure.

Unlikely: While it is conceivable to have an infection, it's very unlikely. In all likelihood, your scar is irritated and is changing colors do to that irritation. A trial of something like vaseline over the top of the scar for a week or two and trying to scratch it, will make a big difference. If you have further questions please see your doctor.

Yes: Abscesses that were drained a long time ago can leave scar (or fibrous) tissue in the place of the abscess or in the area where it was cut open.  This is a normal occurrence, as long as it does not appear infected (not red, swollen, hot or draining).

my 9 month old daughter has a not-raised ('under the skin') brown spot that is elongated (almost like a scar from a cut) on her index finger.  she has had it for over a month now and i think it just grew a little.  what could it be?

Yes: It may be that muscle or a nerve was cut or damaged from the original wound. But it also may be that the tissues in the area are firm and are preventing some movement. Scars are the most angry looking at about 6 weeks, then they gradually start to soften and remodel. However you should consult a plastic surgeon to make sure it is nothing more serious or fixable.
