Gastric irritant: Many chemicals in tea can stimulate or irritate the lining of your stomach, including caffeine. other elements such as tannic acid also can be irritating and cause nausea or cramps in susceptible people, or if you already have stomach irritation (gastritis), tea can make it worse. Try taking a liquid antacid if it occurs again.

: You have typical symptoms of alcohol intolerance which is likely hereditary in your case (a Turkish but Asian descendant).
Sometimes, you may be allergic with other ingredients in the alcoholic beverages such as sulfites, chemicals or some grains. Allergy can be hereditary as well because your mom has same problem.

Some people react with nausea and or pain with this as there are temperature sensitive receptors in the lining of stomach/nerves.  Try lukewarm water, afterall you wouldn't step into a cold shower in the morning would you?  Hope this helps.

Try ginger: Probably the simplest way to reduce nausea ; upset stomach is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger ; steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip. I encourage you to slow down on your alcohol use.

Can't hurt: It helps get the bowels moving for some people.  Otherwise, adequate fluids keep you well hydrated, but time of day doesn't matter. First blush teeth before drinking.

Upset stomach: You may have caused yourself some alcoholic gastritis from your drinking.  Keep your food very simple -- like broth and crackers or rice, even.  Baked potato. Applesauce & bananas are easily digested and add pectin for bowel function.  If you can find it, papaya for the enzymes.  Herbal teas, like peppermint, chamomile, and ginger, may help soothe your stomach.  Rehydrate with lots of water.

Doctor can examine: A simple tummy ache with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, may be from a virus infection, bacteria infection, or contaminated food. A typical normal, healthy person usually recovers easily. For most people, taking a Pedialyte popsicle or 2-3 ounces of Pedialyte (or half-strength Gatorade) hourly, plus drinking or eating little else for just one day, may settle things down.

Kidney?: Kidney would not be my first concern.  I think you should consider looking at your GI tract. If your symptoms are limited to times when you drink coffee, I would simply avoid coffee.
