Shouldn't matter: For most allergy medicines, it shouldn't make much difference whether you take them with food or on an empty stomach.  Be sure to read any instructions that come from the pharmacy with prescription medications, or in the box if you have bought an over-the-counter medication.  You will probably be ok doing whatever makes you comfortable.

No it is not compuls: No it is not compulsory.Bp drugs can be taken in the morning and at night and without regards to food.Only BP meds not to be taken at night are diuretis and those combination drugs containing diuretics.

Ferrous sulfate: This is best absorbed from an acid stomach environment. Take ferrous sulfate on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Avoid taking antacids or antibiotics within 2 hours before or after taking ferrous sulfate, and you can probably eat at about the same time.

: Anyone, or all of these can cause your symptoms.  Suggest you discuss, with your doctor, why you need these, and how to alter if necessary.  Since this maybe complex, propose you spend time with a HT virtual consult and get a second opinion regarding all of this.

Antihistamine: I suppose allergy medications you mention above are otc second generation antihistamine. If that's the case, you can take it twice a day.

Allergic Reaction?: You may have a dry skin condition and/or an allergic reaction. Products without fragrance are best and avoid irritating substances on the skin. An over the counter antihistamine may be used for 48 hours. If there is no relief or persistent symptoms please see your Physician.

Yes and no: Yes and no.Some cough medicines have a drying effect making it difficult to expect orate, whereas allergy medicines are bronchodilators and thereby loosen up the mucus making it easier to expectorate.

Not advised: You should not take an extra dose of any once a day medication. In this case see your allergist or primary doctor to decide what medication(s) you can take, in addition to or instead of what you are taking now.
