Find the cause: If it is severe enough you may not be able to correct it, but you could probably improve it with physical therapy, or even surgery.The first thing you need is evaluation by a physician, to determine how severe it is and what exactly is happening. Then your and your doctor can work out what can be done to help it.

Should not: There are no studies to my knowledge indication that soy products will aggravate or cause gynecomastia.

Not worrisome: It sounds like this has been going on for a while (12 years). That, and the bilaterality, suggest that this is not something you need to be worried about. Figuring out what the cause is harder. Are the breasts enlarged (gynecomastia)? Are there any medications? Has anyone confirmed galactorrhea (not all discharges contain milk). Assay for altered forms of prolactin (macroprolactin).

Some cardiac drugs may cause it independent of the aortic stenosis.
