See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to know the actual values rather than high or low.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

The : The white blood cells in your blood fight infection. An increase of white blood cells in your blood can indicate an infectious process going on in your body. Other medical conditions can cause an increase of white blood cells such as inflammatory conditions (like allergic reaction or arthritis), the presence of a tumor in your bone marrow, tissue damage (as in a major skin burn), leukemia and anemia.
The normal range for WBC in the blood is 4.5 to 10. (4, 500 to 10, 000 mcl) 
this increase in your WBC should be looked into. Ask your doctor about it.
