: Activity related shoulder pain could be related to the rotator cuff tendons, the labrum, or the biceps tendon. If pain persists and limit your activity would be a good idea to have it checked out.

Eczema or psoriasis can lead to nipple pain.  When the nipple is engorged it can cause pain. Hormonal changes can cause (puberty, pms, period, pregnancy ; breast feeding). Thrush or bacterial infections can lead to pain.  Friction against.

Hormones or: Irritation. If you have been over stimulating the nipples, they will get sore. They will get better if you leave them alone for a few days. If you have any rash on them, you should get that checked. Sometimes they can get sore with hormone changes during your cycle also. If you are drinking a lot of caffeine that usually causes breast soreness, but may be worth cutting down that and seeif it helps.
