my left leg will start randomly shaking and spasaming really bad i don't notice most of the time but my freinds and family do i have to hold my leg tightly to make it stop what could be wrong?

Varies: Multiple potential causes.  If your condition affects the sensation in the leg, the redness may represent an occult injury, It possibly infection.  I would be seen and thoroughly evaluated.

Not anemia : You have a popliteal aneurysm or arteriovenous shunt until proved otherwise. Labs cannot detect these. You may need a trip to a vascular specialist.

i have a very prominent vein which feels tight and aches. i feel it mostly in my lower leg and ankle, the side of my foot, and now behind my knee. this is my left leg. the vein looks larger than the same vein in my right leg/foot. 28yr old male. ta?
