See your doc: Penile lesions can range in etiology from inflammatory, infectious, or malignant causes.  There are also other possibilities.  See a primary care physician and get it checked.

Rashes: Hi, it’s hard to say without a picture but there is a great app that may be able to help you get a diagnosis without being seen in person by a dermatologist. The app is called VisualDX and is one of the best, if not the best out there. Many clinicians, including myself, use it. Just snap a photo and it gives you a list of possible diagnoses. Good luck!

Penis lesion: Fleshy lesions of the penis may be venereal warts. These are caused by the human papilloma virus and are sexually transmitted. Have you had unprotected sex?  An examination by a dermatologist or urologist is recommended for diagnosis and treatment.

: If there are no other symptoms just observe it. it may be part of normal skin pigment maturation.

Foreskin should B OK: Foreskins do not wear down. Foreskin can be pushed back, but if too tight may remain "stuck" behind glans. This is paraphimosis and needs urgent attention, hence foreskin should always be pulled back over glans. You may need to consult a urologist or else send us a photograph of your penis for us to review privately so we can comment upon it in confidence.

i have a dark spot on my foreskin.when im flaccid its there but when im hard its not.i masturbate daily and dont use lotion. can i fix this dark spot?

DARK SPOT: Do you need to do anything? If it disappears when you are erect, its only 1/2 there? This has nothing to do with masturbation although if you use lube, you'll walk better ! I cant answer your question accurately without a site inspection, and no doc can, so go see your doc to examine the spot, mercifully when not erect ! thanks

: Any known trauma?  The tissue of the tip of the penis is quite delicate. I strongly recommend being examined &amp; advised by a urologist especially where you're experiencing difficulty retracting your foreskin.

Humans have foreskin: The foreskin normally covers the end of the penis in every normal newborn boy. Foreskin gradually loosens between ages 5 and 16 years, and there is no rush to do that. After loosening, the foreskin can slide back and forth. When loose enough, it slides behind the glans during erections. The foreskin protects the glans of the penis from getting dried out, desensitized, injured, etc...

Depends on "need": Is a foreskin necessary?  Many have survived without one.  If it causes problems, you might even be better off without one.
