Many things: This is a problem that requires a face-to-face meeting with your doctor.  In that meeting, your doctor will listen to you, perform a throrough examination and possibly order labs or other tests. Based on this information, he/she will be able to tell you what's wrong and what to do about it.

25 - 32 days: A cycle during which women are highly likely to be able to conceive last between 25 and 32 days from the first sign of impending menses to the day before the next menses. Ovulation with a 24 hour time window to conceive occurs between cycle day 25 - 14= CD 11 and 32 - 14 = CD 18. An absolutely normal cycle would last 28 days with ovulation on day 14  with a 3 - 7 day span of bleeding.

This depends on : How regularl cycles you are. Assuming you have normal 28 day cycles (28 days between the start of one cycle and the start of the next one) you likely ovulate around cycle day 14 with cycle day being the first day of full flow with your period. So yes between april 14-19. I woudl still recommend birth control if you are trying to avoid pregnancy.

Breakthrough bleed: You can have spotting at anytime in the cycle. Spotting around mid-cycle is esp.  common, often related to ovulation. There are also abnormal reasons for spotting, you'd need an exam to evaluate. Good luck.
