i had chlomipramine 10mg before bed and in the morning i had a strong morning erection that ive not had since a long time. why is that?

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Think about this.: Go see an endocrinologist. Make sure you don't have a condition like low testosterone,  hypothyroidism, or anemia. Also, I would recommend to cut down your masturbation and avoid it for 1 week before planned sexual intercourse. Also try to figure out if the birth control method you are using is acceptable, some people have difficulty tolerating condoms while others do not.
