when i squeeze my nose, inside my nose smells really bad. but the smell goes away. how do i clean it so it doesn't smell so bad? no boogers left inside

Netipot: You may be smelling your sinuses, your tongue, or your throat.  It is a good idea to get checked by a doctor to make sure you do not have a sinus or throat infection.  Otherwise a netipot may help - follow the instructions carefully.

Bad : Bad breath (halitosis) can be the result of many medical issues or simply the result of your diet.  For example, many people are unaware that their diet has garlic (in prepared meals, for example), which is metabolized in such a way that sulfur is expelled (from your lungs, not your mouth), and no amount of teeth cleaning or gargle will cure it.  It takes a day or so to work its way out.  
Sinus infections, tooth infections and allergic rhinitis can cause bad breath as well.  Some people develop white deposits in their tonsils called "tonsoliths" that may suggest an infection and that smell bad also.  See you doctor and see which if any of these may be the culprit as all of them have simple remedies.  Good luck!

May be: blood hocking is not normal...   It's hard to know if it's related.  One option is that you have severe reflux and gastric ulcers that can cause bleeding and loss of taste/smell.  But there are other causes for spitting blood- so see a doctor

Need more info?: What is your migraine/headache history? How old are you? What are you taking (meds?) Supplements? Past medical/ social/ sexual/ family histories? Do you work with an ENT doctor or your PCP? What have they offered? This in not normal to have burning in your nose all the time. Please provide so we can help you.

Mupirocin usually wo: rks there.  It is a one/day antibiotic. If it doesn't go back to your doc.

Need more info: False odors can be due to injury of the olefactory (smell) nerves in the nose that can follow a severe viral nasal infection, injury to the nerve such as following a head injury, sinus infection, or rarely a frontal brain tumor.  See ENT doctor if persistent.
