Symptoms: If not for vomiting and back pain, i would bet on anxiety for the rest, but with those present, i would suggest viral illness, such as stomach flu or another viral disease.

Your : Your symptoms may be from a concussion, although you are right in that you need an mri.  Your symptoms of dizziness and pain are concerning and a spinal cord or head injury are a possibility.  Please be re-evaluated, i understand your financial concerns but possibly the doctor or clinic/hospital could work out a plan for you.  Your health is very important and your symptoms are concerning.  If you develop worse pain, weakness, loss of sensation, or new symptoms then you must be seen as an emergency.

Compression neuritis: You may be suffering from neuritis or disc disease. Please consult your physician for an examination and imaging.

Back pain: This usually indicates nerve compression. The most common reasons would be muscle spasm, a herniated disc or spinal stenosis. Have it evaluated by an orthopedist.

If the pain is : Severe then you need to see your physician to rule out a fracture.  Otherwise; you could wait and see if it gets better in a day or two with otc medication if no issues taking them.

Irritation: People can have arthritic changes in the back that can give back pain/pressure as well as irritate the nerve roots causing complaints such as yours.

: Without an exam no cause can be advised. Make an appt with your MD for a thoro check. In the meantime take some reg. Tylenol. warm water baths, a multivitamin and avoid stress. Good luck

Could be: A urine test may answer the question for you.  Of course, if you wait a little longer you could also get fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, burning on urination, urgency, incontinence, and bleeding in the urine but you'd save on having to go in now...whaddya think?
