See your MD: Hard to evaluate you over the net. Those are very general symptoms that could have many different causes. If you've had a change in your baseline condition you should see your md. They can evaluate and perform some tests to make sure everything is ok.

i purge by vomiting. i took a laxative for constipation i then had a poop completely liquid there was bright red blood in the liquid. is this bad?

Yes. Bulemia kills.: You"ve got an eating disorder. The blood in your stool is the smaller consideration here. Please consider getting help. Especially ay your age, you can do permanent and severe damage to your body with laxatives, purgatives and with binge and purge eating habits. Please consider a treatment program for bulemia and eating disorders. Your doctor can refer you, or better yet, go to emergency dept.

i haven't pooped 5 weeks and i've taken stool softeners and laxatives nothing helps, i have bad lower back pain now. should i go to the er? help!

See details: It is impossible to believe that you have not had a bowel movement in 5 weeks. Your abdomen must be terribly distended and painful. If so, you should go to the ER.

Fiber: It's not a good idea to take most laxatives on a regular basis.  However, psyllium-containing fiber supplements (e.g. Metamucil, citrucel, fibercon) are safe to take on a regular basis.  If increasing the fiber content of your diet doesn't help, you could try one of those.

Fiber, water, moving: Important factors in maintaining regular bowel movements are sufficient fiber in the diet (for bulk), drinking enough water (so that you don't have to extract so much liquid from the stool in the colon), and getting enough exercise.

Laxative-dependent?: I am very concerned if your constipation is relatively acute, &/or associated with fever, nausea, vomiting, bleeding. Constipation (stooling less than every 4 days) that is chronic raises concern for partial obstruction, ileus, ischemic disease, tumors, dysmotilities, "cathartic colon", rectal dysfunction. Treatment depends on possible causes--please see a gastroenterologist for a directed work-up.

No: No.  Children's laxatives are just laxatives at a smaller dose.  It is still just a laxative.  Probably have to take more of it to exert effect.

Full of stool: Sounds like you are constipated and your intestines are full of stool. This is causing the nausea. You could try using an enema to get the hard stool out that is plugging everything up. Once cleaned out, you need more fiber in your diet in general to prevent this from happening again. Eat 5+ fruits/veg daily. Eliminate cheese. Try metamucil powder every AM. Try docusate stool softeners at bedtime.

Maybe: if you don't get better in 12 hours, or if pain severely worsens during that time, go to ER.

Rectal bleeding...: Rectal bleeding is a sign of potentially a serious problem such as colitis or colon and rectal cancer.  The most common explanation would be a internal bleeding hemorrhoid.  See your doctor.  The source of bleeding needs to be diagnosed and treated.  Good luck!
