Retrograde: Some men will ejaculate backwards into their bladder and not out the penis. 

He can masturbate and see if semen is coming out of the penis. If little or none is, then he should see a urologist.

Otherwise just keep watching. Shouldnt be an issue.

Need bi-gender exam: Both you and your boyfriend need to be examined by  a MD. beginning with you to a GYN MD. You may have a vaginal infection, bruise injury, or other issue. If that is not the case, have your boyfriend see a MD for this concern.  STD testing can be done by both of you if that is appropriate.
