doc says i likely have seasonal asthma. i tested 5 days after period (idk if its false or real period). i have had most symptoms of morning sickness. eyes can be blurry and my ears a blocked, neck pain too. 7 weeks since my last confident period?

: Please see a Gynecologist for a thorough evaluation to find out if you are pregnant for prenatal care. If you are not confident in your Doctor please see another for a second opinion. This is also true for your asthma. A Pulmonologist will be able to thoroughly evaluate to see if you have asthma and how to treat it.

Sinus or reflux: Sinus or allergy drainage could be a common cause of mucus in the throat.  Sometimes however, the perception of postnasal drainage is due to mild swelling from acid reflux.  If over-the-counter allergy medications do not work, please see an ear nose and throat specialist.

i was cleaning with bleach for a long period of time the other day without a mask, now after a few days my throat is kind of irratating me?

Short term issue: Bleach is irritating to mucus membranes and with a prolonged  exposure that you describe, that is likely for your throat.  The lining of your throat rapidly renews itself and shortly you will have no problem.  Try using cough drops in the meantime to alleviate the irritation.

Sore throat: Sore throats can be caused by bacteria like Strep and by viruses. See your primary care doctor for a strep test and a physical exam.

2-5 days: Whereas the incubation period for impetigo is much longer, 7 to 10 days.

Not OK: You don't mention playing on grass or if you are a half running the whole game. Here are possibilities:
are your airways tightening up? Coughing or wheezing? Cold air can make exercise induced bronchospasm (like asthma) worse
 are you parched and dry? Sub out and hydrate up
 are allergies making you choke up? Air pollutants or playing on grass? 
Heart pounding too fast? Get more fit, get seen.

Yes: If it's in your saliva, it can be spread, whether you are symptomatic or not.

Depends: Strep can be carried in a contagious state indefinitely.Once treated, the spread is minimal after 24 hrs. Some people can pick up and carry the germ without infection, ever, while most would become symptomatic within 24-48 hrs.

Supportive care: Supportive care includes rest, fluids, monitor temperature and treat fever with Tylenol. Avoid Motrin and related products. For congestion, nasal saline may be helpful. Watch for signs of respiratory distress, and if this occurs, please see the Emergency department.
