Not normal : Stomach upset after meals may be related to inflammation or irritation of your stomach and is not normal. It might be related to use of nsaids. Anti parietal cell antibody positive test may or may not be related. Should be evaluated by your doctor.

Ginger/Lemon/Honey: There are many causes of abdominal pain/cramps, some benign such as heartburn or gastroenteritis and some more serious such as infections, cancers of the colon/rectum or inflammation of the colon (Colitis) such as Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease.  See your Doctor/Proctologist for an exam and Colonoscopy/EGD. Check with your doctor about Ginger/Lemon/Honey tea!

Gallstones?: There are a number of causes of upset stomach after eating.  These include gastritis (inflammation of lining of stomach), an ulcer (either in the stomach or the upper part of intestines), gallstones, food sensitivity/allergy, or reflux disease. Gallbladder?:      You didn&#x27;t specify but one food and it is fried. If it mainly greasy and/or spicy foods that bother you, you need to have your gallbladder evaluated. In  any case, you need to see your PCP to get a good history &amp; physical, plus any indicated diagnostic tests.

Yes: Jalapeño have a tendency to cause acid reflux in the stomach. This is usually common but if it becomes a problem you may want to stop consuming those and consult your physician. Some people tend to produce more acid than others.

Why eat food: That makes you feel ill? I would recommend avoiding any food that consistently causes yourphysical discomfort. You can try ginger if you are experiencing nausea. Aloe vera juice may be helpful for burning.

Should be ok..: Banana contains some good nutrients/vitamins and it is easy to digest and so i don't expect it to worsen your stomach trouble. If you are having much nausea/vomiting, then hold off foods for a bit longer until you are ready to chow. Otherwise, peel one off and take a bite. The on in picture here looks quite delicious to me.
