why does my side right boob hurt?im not on my period. i wasn't wearing a bra, i'm a size 28c. my back doesn't hurt.

While it may seem: surprising, localized areas in the breast may be painful, usually due to fibroglandular breast changes (colloquially called fibrocystic disease), at some point during the menstrual cycle, usually a few days before the expected period but not always. Wearing a supportive bra and taking acetaminophen/ibuprofen may help. Check for unusual lumps and report anything worrisome to your doctor. Stay well.

i banged my boob into car door three months ago. it still hurts a little bit when i lean or  press on where i banged it. is this ok i'm worried?

Breast pain can be from hormonal changes, weight changes, dietary changes, cysts, changes in exercise patterns, ill fitting bras and other causes

Pain in breast: Pain in one area of the breast can indicate a number of things:  It can indicate a cut or pimple on the skin, bruising from bras or physical activity, a lump or cyst below the skin that may need to be evaluated, or a developing infection.  A exam by a doctor and a mammogram are both good ideas

Chest wall pain: Do you have pain on deep breathing, did you do weight lifting, is the pain reproducible on palpation.  Of answer is yes, it is muscle pain not heart pain. Ice rest Ibuprofen helps.

The breast has: tender tissue. It isn't uncommon to experience pain in area of new tatoo. If read, warm, swollen, with ^ed tenderness, pus-like drainage or red streaks - get med eval to rule out infection. Take care.
