: Are and leg pain can come from several things. Nerves, muscles, bones, tendons. More details are needed to address your concern. Peripheral vascular disease is not likely at your age, but is possible with diseases that effects the blood vessels.

why does my heart feel like its pounding out of my chest. just checked my blood pressure is 136/81. they gave me a shot at my primary for allergies?

Heart pounding: If the "shot" you received for allergies was Adrenalin (epinephrine) this has a common side effect of having the heart beat faster and stronger.   This side effect should gradually resolve on its own.  If the "shot" was something other than epinephrine, return to your doctor for further evaluation.

Tachycardia: A 'normal' heart rate is between 60-100 beats per minute.  At 112 you have a tachycardia or fast heart rate.  There are several possible reasons for this.  It might be that you have an arrhythmia or irregular heart rate such as atrial fibrillation.  It is also possible that your normal heart is simply beating too fast.  The only way to know for sure is to have an ECG performed.
