You : You should get a complete medical evaluation wtih blood work.  Sometimes if you absorb food too rapidly it can cause those symptoms.  Keep a food diary of what you eat and what your symptoms are to see if there is a pattern.  If you develop abdominal pain, light-headedness, vomiting or fever then you would need to be seen as an emergency.

Possibly ulcer...: Taking advil (ibuprofen)  cam cause stomach irritation and ulcers. I'd get checked by your local physician.

my doctors says i have ibs but i have other symptoms like flaky scalp, on my ears and face. i also had a chicken skin like rash. i get these symptoms when i eat wheat/gluten. after i eat gluten i get itchy or an irritated throat or cold like symptoms?

Constipation?: Make sure you don't have constipation, maintain adequate water and fiber intake.

ILD: Sounds like interstitial lung disease with restrictive physiology. Have you had a chest xray and complete pulmonary function testing?
