Certainly...: When puberty starts hormones cause different changes and one of them is stimulation of the sebaceous glands which are responsible for the fluid( sebum) that mixes with the bacteria that inhabit the skin normally and produce the strong odor.

It : It most likely does not mean that you have a health problem.  It is most likely more related to body secretions from intercourse.  Normally there are increased body secretions during sexual relations so that may be what you are noticing.

If you had unusual discharge, fever, or anything that made you think you have an infection then you should be evaluated by your doctor.
