Watermelon-tea: Watermelon and tea are not bad for you.  Perhaps you have developed an infection or stomach flu.  If your symptoms continue , see your primary care professional.

Food sensitivity: Try following a low-FODMAP diet. There are other sugars e.g. Fructose that you might be intolerant of. Good Luck!

Practically everyone: Has some food intolerance, & may include such innocuous ingestants as water (or watermelon). Reference: elaine shimberg, "relief from ibs".Avoid foods that bother you, but best to examine whole diet, keep a food diary, & try to correlate your upset stomach with intake of any foods & other variables.

Common: Just eating too much watermelon distends the gut more than you'd planned. I admit that i've had watermelon that's so good i've ignored this and been kind of sorry afterwards. If diarrhea or vomiting persist for more than 48 hours or you become very week, seek help.

i have a belly button hernia. my stomach feels and looks like i swallowed a watermelon. i can't lose weight and alot of stomach pain. what should i do?

Hernia Repair: If you have an umbilical(Belly Button) hernia and you're having pain, you should have surgery to repair the problem. Following surgery and healing, you'll be able to exercise without pain or risk of hernia incarceration (intestines getting "stuck" in the hernia). The combination of diet modification and exercise will allow you to lose weight. Liposuction after achieving goal weight if necessary.

i ate watermelon last afternoon and next day i noticed red color in my stool few parts were red and few were yellow is it normal? i have also been experiencing mild stomach ache sometimes it becomes normal and sometimes it started again?

: Watermelon will not make your stool red. If the pain and red stool persists it is best to get examined by your MD to find cause.

Yes: Short of an allergic reaction, the skin of raw almonds can be hard to digest and when eaten in excess, cause stomach pains.

Stomach pain w food: Always hard to diagnose stomach pain, but since we don't realize we are full until about 15 minutes, simple overeating is possible. Try smaller portions, and slow down the eating, and chew thoroughly.  You may also have a food intolerance, talk w your doctor or a dietitian about common foods such as corn, milk, peanuts that may be the problem. Any food allergies in the family?

why does my stomach hurt randomly in the morning at around 3-4 a.m. all the time? it's not what i'm eating for dinner..

Reflux?: You may have gerd with some of the stomach acid leaking into your esophagus when lying down.  This is worse if you eat prior to going to bed.  Try elevating your head at night and taking an acid blocker like prilosec.  If it continues see an md as it can lead to more complications.
