See the doctor: The strong odor may be a sign of infection. Color can be affected by urine concentration, but cloudiness suggests infection.

Diabetes: Unclear if the 7.9 is you HgA1c. But if it was that high they need to confirm a second time to make the diagnosis of diabetes. A urinalysis might be needed as well.

doc says i can stop bowel prep as soon as i'm running clear.  it is the palest of yellows and i'm using apple juice as a chaser.  am i done?

Perhaps : Clear means clear. If you can read a newspaper through the liquid, then you are clear.  You will never clear the yellow tint.  This is bile from the liver and the flow of this  never stops.

Worth a try but...: It's possible these may help ; they're safe to try, but i'm unaware of research proving they help, so consider treatments with scientific support. i have had diarrhea for about a week now after i ate some apple pie. it is not as liquidity as it was, but i still have it, so what do you recommend?

Continue : To allow it to resolve on its own. If the apple pie has caused an infection, it is better for it to resolve on its own. You may want to try probiotics  to try and re establish normal bowel fora. Fatty foods often help resolve diarrhea. All the best and if it is not resolving, see your doctor for stool testing and a colonoscopy.

my child have diarrhea since sunday and yesterday i took her to doctor but no change and today she starting to vomit and cry there and there . doctor recommended i gave her bottle and nudrate any advice on that please?

: Gastroenteritis or stomach flu is typically caused by viruses. Because of this, there is no medication to cure this illness. It will typically last 5-7 days and the most important thing you can do is give lots of water with electrolytes. Depending on the age of your child, continue to feed formula as well or if over 6 months feed mashed bananas, rice cereal, pureed apples.

is it okay to give my 4 month apple juice?

Yes....but: You can introduce small amounts of juice but the primary source of nutrition is still breast milk or formula at this age.  The apple juice is essentially sugar water with empty calories.  It's best to water it down to lessen the amount of sugar calories.

Or better yet, just give water if thirsty between feedings.

i'm allergic to apples, can i drink juice?

Maybe: If you have a true apple allergy with allergic antibodies (ige) directly to apple protein then you probably can't drink apple juice. If your reaction is due to  oral allergy syndrome, that is ige to birch tree pollen which cross reacts with apple protein, then you probably can drink apple juice because pasteurizing  the juice destroys the heat sensitive cross reacting proteins in the apple juice.
