Could be.: Injury, eye drops, allergy, makeup (mascara), lack of sleep.  I am unsure.  Try stopping any mascara, eye shadow, un-prescribed drops and see how that goes.  Try ice packs.

Allergic shiners??: Frequently those eye findings are ascribed to nasal congestion secondary to allergies not lack of sleep unless the allergies are causing your lack of sleep. See if decongestants help you. If not, go to your doc.

Depends: May be due to fluid retention, aging/relaxation, loss of sleep may contribute but not usually cause. Loss elasticity allows morning swelling as fluids move from your lower arms/legs where accumulates during walking, daytime. Recommend try to watch salt intake, use cold packs when you wake, and sleep with head elevated 30 degrees. Laxity of skin with aging is common cause of the wrinkles.

Dark Circles: Circles under eye can be due to: allergy "allergic shiners", fatigue, genetic variation, aging.  Lower lid skin is very thin so blood vessels under skin can make area look dark. Topical creams/fillers can help hide circles: only mask condition with no cure. What helps: drink 8 cups water/day,  sunblock, hat, enough rest; avoid rubbing; makeup; facial plastic surgery when severe; allergist can help.

Familial?: Dark circles may also be a familial trait but nasal congestion and sinus infection( uncommon at this age)  may cause them too.   Have you talked to your doctor?

Allergy symptoms: Capillary leakage from histamine release due to allergies cause the swelling. With chronic capillary permeability, red blood cells leak and stain the skin leaving a darker pigmented appearance. If your treatments are not working then seeing an allergist for definitive treatment should be your next step.

Dark circles: Under the eyes are difficult to irradicate completely.  They're usually associated with eye fatigue or aging changes of the lids.  There are some creams and lasers which sometimes help but not consistently.  Discuss this with an ophthalmologist or dermatologist.
