Cervicitis: You could bleed after intercourse for various reasons. One of them is a condition called cervicitis  wherein the cervis is inflamed due to irritation or infection. It can become friable and trauma during intercourse can make you bleed. It can be due to another infection like chlamydia or gonorrhea. Occasionally , a condition called endometrialm polyp can give the same condition. Check for hpv too.

If it is bleeding: On your period you will not get pregnant, if it is bleeding in the middle of your cycle or when u ovulate then you could get pregnant, and if your partner has an undiagnosed or diagnosed std you could get that whether you are bleeding or not, at your  age and nay age assuming you are not married protected sex is highly advisable for a number of reasons.
