Strain/congestion: Depending on your method, your technique, and all the processes involved in your activities, you may be tensing your back muscles more than you know, arching your back, and generally straining muscles you do not commonly use.  You may also have pelvic congestion that could cause some referred pain to the back and be confused with back pain.  Doubt this is all of significance.

Some thoughts..: During and after orgasm, there are a lot of chemicals being released, lots of changes in blood flow throughout the body, and it's not entirely uncommon to feel tired or somewhat weak afterwards. My suspicion is that this is probably happening during intercourse as well.  If he's truly having pain during masturbation and intercourse, then he should first have a thorough checkup by his physician.

Not related: T i'm doubting these three symptoms are related.  You could be dizzy in the morning from dehydration, or low blood sugar. Are you lightheaded or spinning in the morning?   The low back pain can be from sleeping on a poor mattress, physical injury during the day, or kidney problems.  A sore back could throw you off balance.  Masturbating won't give you a bad back or make you dizzy...  I'm told.

A doctor can examine.
