MVI (multivitamin) has B vits in it: Check the label and see what's in it, and the B vitamin doses. That could be causing it. Also, make sure you're hydrating well. If the urine is yellowish that means you need to hydrate more, and could be from the B's. Can always ask your doctor this too.

High doses: Of B vitamins, particularly though that contain choline supplements too, can create "bad" smelling urine and in some causes lead to body odor.

Vitamins do not: smell.  Do you mean that your urine smells like yeast? If so, it may indicate an infection. The odor could from other items in diet. It is not feasible to provide a more meaningful opinion without examining the urine.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Vit d: Yes . One source of vit d is cod liver oil .  But if capsules old or you are unsure of source or origin - return them.  Vitamins should come with protection seal like drugs

Possibly: B-vitamins in particular can cause an unusual aroma in the urine.  They also change the color of the urine for a short time after ingesting.
