I do this also: There may be several factors.  It could be a response to the stresses in our lives.  Some people clench and grind their jaws and  teeth and some people exhibit their tensions elsewhere.  Clenching my hands has  exacerbated my carpal tunnel condition causing tingling in my hands.  I now where a brace to help prevent me from clenching my hands. You may want to see a hand specialist, i did.

Carpal tunnel: If you sleep with your hands bent underneath you, you can trigger tingling in your hands, wear wrist braces to prevent bending of your hand, you can find them in any pharmacy.

Hand itch: Usually if infections have been ruled out, like scabies etc, itching burning sensation of hands and legs may indicate RLS and also may indicate low iron and need for Dopamine supplements if this is the case.

Numb: Nerves are electical wires with circuits which fingers sthumb to 1/2 4th finger on palm median nerve, same pattern on top radial nerve, 5th andq 1/2 4th is ulnar. . May be  bend wrist or elbow compressing nerve while sleep. Could come from spinal cord at cervical area. There are tsts to determine area of " short" if severe. Could try cock up brace for wrist or keep elbow straight by using pillow.

Not the whole hand: Could be but generally it wouldn't be your whole hand.  It would be either the pinkie side or the median nerve distribution (carpal tunnel).
