Small frequent meals: The key to dieting and not feeling hungry is to eat small frequent meals throughout the day.  You must not skip breakfast nor go more than 3 to 3.5 hours without eating at least a small snack.  Additionally, you must drink a large amount of h20 at least 96 oz to stay adequately hydrated and also to help you feel full.  If necessary, consider talking to a doctor about an appetite suppressant.

i can eat in the morning and not feel hungry until late at night. when i eat it takes all day for my food to move through me. how can i fix this?

Slow transit: Fluids, fiber, & exercise. Be checked for diabetes (which can slow gastric emptying) and incomplete bowel obstruction. Discuss your concerns with your doc, who will examine you, possibly order tests, & treat you based on the findings.

See Dr., then eat...: If one is truly underweight (based on height, family background, and body type), a Dr. can evaluate for a hormonal, digestive, or other disorder. If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon, ...  Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu, ....

i hear eating nuts can fill you up and are nutritious. is that true? what other healthy foods can i eat and not feel hungry afterwards?

Water and Veggies: Make sure to drink plenty of water. Usually when we think we are hungry we are actually dehydrated, so if you drink water and are still hungry then you are actually hungry. From there try eating vegetables. Hope this helped :].

i rarely feel hungry i can spend most of the day without eating anything & still not feel hungry , i'm not underweight nor overweight , why is that ?

Metabolism: Maybe you have low metabolism but a person at your age should have a normal appetite , I encourage a PCP visit to have some basic work up ...

Need to be checked: You need to be evaluated by your doctor or a gastroenterologist to find what is causing loss of appetite and nausea and pain in your stomach
you may have gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, liver disease or gall bladder disease
so make an appointment with your doctor asap.

Weight loss?: You should probably see your doctor especially if this has resulted in any weight loss.  Any chance you are pregnant?

my husband has had a fever for the last couple of days (100.2 - 100.5) , he has had body aches and does not feel hungry...would this be the flu ?

? flu: It is certainly a possiblity given his symptoms.   I have data from the US that shows flu activity but at low levels for this timeframe.     Unfortunately a lot of other viruses are circulating as well.   He could be tested but the treatment at this point would be symptom relief only.    Good luck

I would guess: That you are deficient in vitamin b 1 since this will cause loss of appetite  and nausea. Stop taking sugar in all its forms and get a supplement of b complex, some magnesium and a multivitamin.
