It is uncommon but!: Uncommon and rare.  Called a cataplectic attack.  Not harmful per se! cataplexy is a sudden and transient episode of loss of muscle tone, often triggered by emotions such as laughing, crying, terror, etc.

Many things: There could be many explanations; positioning causing you to cut off blood supply to the hand or pressing against the nerves, or hyperventilation during sex causing you to become alkalotic.  A cursory review of the internet shows you are not alone, and there doesn't seem to be any long-term damage reported with this.

Hyperventilation: Breathing very rapidly can make you blow off too much carbon dioxide and one of the symptoms of this hyperventilation is that numb tingly feeling.

: Does not sound like nerve damage but injury to the body of the penis(corpora) which should recover with time . You can still have erection and sex is a good sign. Pl refrain from using penis from anuthing other than an instrument of sex and urination.

Low blood pressure: Most likely due to low blood pressure. If it only happened once, I wouldn't worry. If it is happening regularly, see a doctor for evaluation.

Yeast don't smell: Yeast infections don't smell, but cause itching so the Monistat is ineffective as a treatment. It would be a good idea to see a GYN MD to find out if there is an infection such as a bacterial or other STD infection.

why does the outside of my vaginal opening hurt so much after sex to touch or to even go to the restroom?

Friction: Friction that occurs with intercourse can cause increased sensitivity to the opening of the vagina.  This may be related to poor production of lubrication.  If over the counter lubricants do not help, you should follow up with your doctor for further evaluation.
