?hypoglycemia?: You may be hypoglycemic.  Headaches have many causes, but the most common are actually low blood sugar and dehydration.  Go see your doctor for a checkup and get some labs done.

You may just be stressed with back spasms and some coping mechanisms and some psychological impact, or there could be more physiologically and functionally wrong. These go together: If you are suffering from all these symptoms at the same time, you are likely not taking in enough calories.  When the body does not get enough nutrients and water, the eyes feel dry and/or tired, the relative drop in body water causes headaches, and the body tries to conserve energy by making you sleep.  You should probably  reassess the amount of calories that you are taking in.

Try these: You may be experiencing migraines which could be a problem during the second trimester, and might be simply treated by inhaling 100% oxygen for a few minutes.  I have been told that certain meds are safe during pregnancy such as vicodin, but would advise checking with your obstetrician about both treatments, as prescriptions are needed.

Common: Everyone gets a headache when hungry . But just to make sure please get your thyroid checked and also have a local doctor check your blood pressure. You may have hypertension. Check ur BP only after 7-8 PM since it is highest for everyone late in the day

: Diabetes or thyroid disorder would be concerns but apparently you tested ok with regard to these. Stress,pregnancy,inadequate sleep are other possibilities. Discuss this further with your physician. If anxiety is the cause, consider stress management therapy.

Re do home test: Blood test should settle the issue. If you had sex since your last period, you may re do the home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.

No: I believe you've heard "feed a cold, starve the flu"; but this is definitely in the "old wives tale" category.  Keep hydrated, get adequate rest and EAT balanced healthy foods rich in vitamins.
