Check  other viruses: Other viruses can be transmitted during intimacy such as cytomegalovirus (cmv), epstein barr virus (ebv), and hepatitis b or. Hepatitis c viruses. These viral infections can all be tested by blood.

Have u been checked?: Abdominal discomfort &amp; nausea can be caused by lots of things &amp; may indeed originate outside the GI tract. Further evaluation is in order before anyone can answer what to do. Your doctor will want to re-examine you as well as know the quality, timing, duration, exact location, associations (eating, position, activity, stooling, urinating). Best first check a home pregnancy test at this point.

See an OB/GYN: And if this does not work, a sex therapist.  You may be having problems with lubrication, rough sex, inadequate pre-coital stimulation, or other issues.  Impossible to tell without thorough history and physical exam.   This is quite disturbing and hope it is worked out soon.  Good luck.

Get a GYN check up: Schedule a visit with your primary or Gyn doctor to determine if you need treatment for bacterial infection. You may also need to get a PAP smear if you've not done one yet.

Heavy periods: There are multiple options. Hormonal treatments such as birth control pills, Progesterone treatments and the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud are effective reversible treatments that will help many people. There is also a drug called Lysteda that contains no hormones which will help others. If you are done having children discuss the option of an endometrial ablation. In some cases a hysterectomy will be needed.

Maybe not: In America, it is unusual for a person to have significant vitamin deficiencies if he already eats an average amount of food and does not have problems digesting and absorbing nutrients. Much food in the US is already fortified with vitamins. That said, haven't heard of a vitamin deficiency that only affects the time period "after sex." His doctor can evaluate, and review details of what happens.

Need a checkup first: Obviously, this is NOT your normal self and so if things aren't resolving in a short time with these symptoms I'd consider a possible gastritic type of problem (possibly infection) while you may also have a 2nd problem of kidney/urinary tract infection.
