Period: yes its possible.  Test with a home pregnancy test if you you are late with your period.

This doesn't: sound like bleeding from implantation. Usually there isn't any bleeding with implantation. When bleeding dose occur if might be a pink swirl in white discharge, a small rust colored drop of blood- a very scant amount. However, if you don't get your period - would recommend taking a home pregnancy test.

Discharge : Discharge during pregnancy can be thick and white.  If you have yellow or green discharge, any pain, fever or vomiting then you must be seen immediately.

Brown discharge: Is usually older, deoxygenated blood from the uterus. The scenario you present is not high risk for pregnancy if you are consistently using your oral contraceptives as directed. If you miss your period would take a home pregnancy test.

PMS symptoms: "PMS" is caused by sudden drops in estrogen, as in just prior to ovulation and just prior to one's menstrual period.  This does usually not occur prior to ovulation unless two eggs simultaneously are matured, and the estrogen "drop" is magnified, giving rise to PMS symptoms, which vanish as the estrogen production is resumed after ovulation.
