Orchitis: Could be the start of an orchitis and should be evaluated by your doctor immediately because there might be other concerns.

GENITAL TRAUMA: Bleeding secondary to trauma can be localized to the testicle. Lab. For blood and  urine can be normal.

A royal pain: It could be due to a number of things including epididymal discomfort and a hernia.  There is nothing to be alarmed about bit if the discomfort persists you should be examined by a doctor.

hi i am experiencing dull pains in my left testicle, groin and lower stomach. the pain is not severe and i have no lumps or discoloration in my testes?

Groin pain: This may be an infection in your epididymis which is posterior to your testicle and attached to the testicle.  It would be wise to be evaluated by your doctor as this can get quite severe and may be in its early stages now.  Ibuprofen may be helpful now as well as some scrotal support.

i was hit pretty hard in the left testicle about 5 days ago. it hurt to the touch, felt bruised until 2 days ago. but it still feels slightly sore and i can still feel it in my lower left stomach. should i be worried?

Worried: Sounds like things are getting better but I suggest you contact your doctor about this. Almost certainly the doctor will have you go to his clinic!

having a mild sharp pain very occasionally. been going on for a couple days. no noticeable discoloration or swelling. still horizontal. testicle does feel firm though. mild pain to stomach occasionally. mild pain when walking occasionally?

: Use local heat and wear a support underwear. If not better in a week or two pl see a Urologist

Bump: May or may not be normal anatomy.  Need an examination to determine.  Please schedule examination with General Physician or Urologist to determine.
