Try: Gas pain can be referred to the left side. Provided the psi is not too severe, tums, (calcium carbonate) antacids, can be tried and if worsening symptoms would see your doctor

See below: We cannot make a diagnosis on this forum - heartburn, (and cough) could all come from GERD, - but I would urge you to see your doc asap- food sticking in your throat, and the fact that you noticed  skin is yellow - are not easily explained without an exam and perhaps tests - are the whites of your eyes also yellow - if so could indicate a problem with your liver - to be safe see your doc-good luck
