Possible: You need to seek medical attention for yourself mamma. Baby is probably doing ok. But i'm concerned about your all-night coughing and throwing up clear fluids. Seek treatment from your ob/gyn especially for maternal health, but also for health of baby. Good luck.

Vomiting: How old is she ? how often is she vomiting? For how long? Can she eat/ or drink or is she vomiting  everything? F/u/ w/ MD today in urgent care or ER

Gastroenteritis: If she is vomiting yellow but acting normally, no fever, irritability,or diarrhea she is most likely suffering from gastroenteritis. This is usually viral and self limited, ending in the vomiting going away and some diarrhea. Try to keep her hydrated with small, frequent amounts of gatorade or other electrolyte drinks. If she becomes very sleepy or can keep NOTHING down, she needs to see someone.

Only from food: Blue vomit is not a naturally occurring condition. The only known cause is ingesting a food, drink or medication with blue color or dye. Because blue is a primary color, no combination of other colors will create it. If you did not then there is no other possible cause that is known so this is a complete mystery. Consult with your doctor (but undoubtedly your doctor will be equally mystified).

Adult ear infection: There're 2 major types of ear infections, otitis media and otitis externa. The first, middle ear infections are more common in children, the second, infection in the ear canal, is more common in adults; especially swimmers, surfers, and diviers.  Yes, the ear canal infection can lead to nausea and vomiting.  And no,  not good if yellow fluid comes out of your ear!  Only ear wax should be there!

Acid reflux: Have you tried anything like rantidine or Prevecid for reflux which is over the counter? Would also get checked for H pylori  a bacteria that is associated with gastritis and reflux as you will need antibiotics to treat it. Would also elevate head of bed when sleeping ( put pillow under mattress) and consider evaluation for gallbladder disease.

Gastroenteritis : Most commonly viral it could last 24-48 hours.
