Alcohol: Symptoms of alcohol intolerance may include: headache, flushing, hives, nasal congestion, nausea/vomiting, GI upset ; low blood pressure. 
 You could be allergic to alcohol or it's ingredients such as yeast, grains, sulfites, histamines ; other chemicals.

Sounds like: common, (food related) diarrhea. Drink electrolyte solution, and obtain Immodium AD  (OTC)

Viral illness: Gastroenteritis is likely. You are probably on the tail end of the illness which is a good thing. Continue to stay hydrated and try eating as much as you can. Wash your hands as these viruses are highly contagious! Best of luck!

If you: Are seeing solid pieces off stool, could be a problem. Tell the nurses when you arrive. A few enemas might be able to salvage the prep and colonoscopy.

Yellow stool: The amount, color, frequency of stool varies with foods, speed of emptying of the GI tract, medications & supplements ingested, gut flora (unique for each individual), additives (like blood), subtractions (like absent bile), infection, inflammation, & other factors. If stool pattern has changed, is unusual for you, & the change persists, or is accompanied by other symptoms, see your doctor.

Steatorrhea: Thus could be normal and due to excessive amounts of protein intake or could reflect a malabsorption syndrome due to disorders with your GI tract which could be related to your stomach, gallbladder, pancreas, liver or intestines. Gastroenteritis may also be responsible. As you can see there are many cause so see a gastroenterologist for an evaluation.
