Milia: Not sure how old you are and what they look like.  It sounds like little white bumps that are under the skin called milia.  These are little cysts just under the skin.  You need to see an aesthetician or dermatologist to remove them.  They can come back.  Retin- a usually helps prevent them.

Probably: not.  There are anecdotal reports that ingestion of  green tea can help with acne – but to the best of my knowledge there are no studies on the subject at this time.

Rise up!: Prayer works for some people, not so well for others. No way to get pimples to work on a schedule. And alcohol just irritates things. My choice for spot therapy is an otc benzoyl peroxide product applied to a pimple after a hot soak, 3 times a day. This usually make things go away more quickly, or at least makes them come to a head.

Blackhead: It's probably a blackhead (comedo) that had skin grow over it. Not a big deal. Sometimes blackheads get really big and dramatic. Exfoliate to keep this from happening.
