Pain/itching: Get examined. These symptoms are not related. You may have a vaginal yeast infection which can be treated with over the counter medications such as Monistat or Gyne-Lotrimin. The back pain certainly requires further examination and testing.

Pregnancy test: If you had unprotected since your last period, do a home pregnancy test, if the result is negative, repeat the test 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.

Pregnancy: The pressure you describe is from the extra weight you are carrying from the pregnancy.  Might want to get ultrasound to make sure baby position is normal. You need to see OB anyway about the discharge which could be anything from normal to a yeast infection.

Here are some...: When was the last time you saw PCP or gyn doc? Why do you think of cervical erosion, which is diagnosed by direct inspection with biopsy as needed. As to vaginal drying during coitus, one has to analyze a detailed history of how you have conducted sex stressing the sequence of events at least. For now, try judiciously using lubricant and lessening coital frequency, and see. More? See your doctor.
