earlier today i passed stool i noticed some white stuff in my stool should i be concerned i did eat corn a day or two ago no other concerning and to clarify it was a small amount not alot so and everyone i talked to said it was probably what i ate?

Sounds like yeast: Yeast infection of the bowel is very common although your doctor might disagree. It is associated particularly with ingestion of sugar becaus that is what yeast uses in the process of fermentation. Sometimes the fermentation is so active that you can hear "bubbles and squeaks" from your belly. This is known as "brewer's yeast syndrome. You need bowel and body treatment of the infection.

Hmm: Pale or light colored stool can be related to lack of bile salts. I do not know what the cause is of bits of white material in the stool (if that is how it appears)l. If stool is predominantly white or light than possible causes include  hepatitis, cirrhosis, or obstruction of a bile duct (i.e., gallstone or a mass). Any significant change in bowel habitus warrants assessment.

We : We all have a small amount of mucous in the stool, as it is the lubricant of the digestive system.  However, if you are seeing a larger amount than normal, it can represent infection or colitis.  If it is a serious cause such as from crohn's or ulcerative colitis, or even cancer, it would typically be accompanied by pain and bleeding.  If the mucous in your stool is larger than usual amount, or accompanied by pain, bleeding, vomiting, or fever, then please be evaluated by a physician.
